The fresh and robust flavors of blackberries and cilantro combine nicely with the gentle flavors of avocado and pecans making a light and rustic salad!

Avocado Blackberry Pecan Salad (15 min)
All you need
2 Cups avocado, chopped
½ Cup blackberries
½ Cup fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ Cup pecans, halved


Dressing (optional)
1 Tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tsp white wine vinegar
2 Tsp fresh lime juice
¼ Tsp ground black pepper, ¼ tsp salt

What you do
Add avocado to medium size serving bowl
Combine olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, and seasoning in cup and pour over avocado
Top with cilantro, blackberries, and pecans and serve

Things to consider
This salad can be served without dressing if desired.
